We Did Not Start This Company Because the Work Looked Easy.

Damon Thomas spent years inside established junk-removal operations. He became a recognized and trusted worker — the kind of team member customers acknowledged by name in their feedback.

When leadership changed at one of those operations, Damon stayed and carried the workload. He learned to keep jobs moving, communicate under pressure, solve problems in the field, and manage the daily responsibilities that make a hauling business actually work.

Later, he helped run another startup operation from the ground up. He saw what helps a removal company succeed — and what can quietly prevent a promising business from lasting.

It was time to stop building other people's companies and invest their experience, effort, and resources into one of their own.
